30-Minute Strength: This class focuses on building strength using the fundamental movement patterns that you use in your daily life. All you need us a pair of dumbbells, your bodyweight and a yoga mat. We’ll push, pull, squat, hinge and tap into your core so that you leave feeling strong and energized before your start your day. 

45-Minute Strength: This class focuses on building strength using the fundamental movement patterns that you use in your daily life. All you need us a pair of dumbbells, your bodyweight and a yoga mat. Well blow off some steam while we push, pull, squat, hinge and tap into your core. This class ends with a spicy finisher, that changes weekly, that’ll leave you feeling strong and accomplished.

Yoga: This 45-minute gentle Hatha yoga class is beginner appropriate. All you need is your mat. We’ll connect our breath to our mindful, intentional movement. This class will tap into flexiblity, mobility, balance and strength as we move into interesting asanas. Feel grounded + strong as you move from your mat back into your life.
